FresZi Order Cancellation & Modification Policy


At FresZi, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for fresh milk and daily essentials. To ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries, we follow a strict cancellation and modification policy as outlined below.


1. Order Modification Policy
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Customers are requested to carefully review their cart before confirming their purchase.
Any changes to quantities, product selections, or delivery schedules must be done before placing the order.


2. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel an order only until it receives a confirmation message from our system.
Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.


3. Refund & Non-Delivery
If an order is not delivered due to an issue from FresZi’s end, the amount will be adjusted in the next billing cycle or refunded as per Return & Refund Policy.
The product is non-returnable. For a damaged, defective, expired or incorrect item, you can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
In case of an incorrect item, you may raise a replacement or return request only if the item is sealed/ unopened/ unused and in original condition.


4. Subscription Orders
Subscription customers must pause or modify their subscription before 10:30 PM for changes to apply to the next day’s delivery.
If a subscription order is confirmed, it will be processed as scheduled with no option for modification or cancellation.

  • "Application" referes to Freszi – freshness guaranteed. Always! from android/iOS mobile.
  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights


Once order is placed you're not allowed to cancel the order. 

 

Conditions for Returns/Replacement
